Strength Training

          Great for any athlete wanting to gain a competitive edge, or any adult wanting to reach their fitness goals.  Strength training includes a program created specifically for you by a certified strength and conditioning coach. This trainer will be by your side motivating you and helping you along the way.  Your strength program will be tailored towards your personal goals which could include but are not limited to:
- increased strength 
- improved speed and agility
- improved muscle tone
- weight loss

One on one training- $50.00 per hour session 
6 sessions may be purchased for $255.00
10 sessions may be purchased for $400.00
20 sessions may be purchased for $750.00
 
Duo training ( 2 people) - $40.00 per person per hour session
6 sessions can be purchased for $200.00 per person
10 sessions can be purchased for $300 per person
 
Trio training ( 3 people) - $30.00 per person per hour
6 sessions can be purchased for $150.00 per person
10 sessions can be purchased for $225.00 per person
 
Group sessions or team training (4 or more people)
Once a week - $50.00 per month per person 
Twice a week - $100.00 per month per person
Three times a week - $150.00 per month per person
